  1. Take a all-purpose flour add salt,carromseeds and 2 tbsp oil mix and rub then add water make a dough take rest.
  2. Take a moong dal wash soak and grind make a coasely grind paste.
  3. Take a wok add 1tsp oil hing,cuminseeds crackle add grind dal saute light brown add salt and chilli mix keep a side.
  4. Take a moth dal wash soaked and make a dal.Take a wok add oil cuminseeds crackle add garlic,ginger saute add onion saute then add spices and tomato puree mix then add boiled dal mix sprinkle green coriander.
  5. Take a wok add oil then oil heat.Take some all-purpose flour dough ball add dal pithi seal them and press your palm and fried for both sides in medium heat.
  6. Take a sliced onion add chilli and salt mix.
  7. Take a serving bowl put kachori slices add moth dal spread rice,chilli onion,green chutney,lemon juice and sprinkle multani masala(multani masala recipe already send).
