  9. as required Oil for frying
  10. Peanut Chutney
  11. 1 cup coriander leaves
  12. 2 green chillies
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. 2 tablespoon roasted peanuts
  15. 2 cups water

Steps to make Sabudana Vadas

  1. Soak the sabudana overnight or at least for 6 hours.
    Boil potatoes
    Crush the green chillies and half the coriander leaves together.
  2. Mash the boiled potatoes. Add the soaked sabudana, crushed peanuts, salt, crushed green chillies and coriander, curry leaves, cumin seeds, salt.
    Mix everything together well.
    Take a tablespoon of mixture on your palm and make round balls.
    Press them down to form a flat disc.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add 4-5 of the vadas and fry them till nice golden brown form both the sides.
  4. For the chutney, grind together coriander, chilles, peanuts, salt and little water.
    Now add the remaining water and mix with a spoon.
    This chutney has a thin consistency, but if you like you can reduce the amount of water.
