  1. Add all the dry spices in the yogurt. Mix it well.
  2. In a pre-heated wok pour mustard oil and let it heat properly.
  3. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, crushed ginger and green chillies. Saute it.
  4. Add finely chopped onion and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add yogurt mixture and stir it constantly on a low flame.
  6. Add boiled potatoes, garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves and fresh coriander leaves. Mix it well.

  8. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
