- Firstly, in a pan heat 1 tbsp butter. add 4 clove garlic, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp mixed herbs. saute until the spices turn aromatic.
add 1 cup water and ½ tsp salt. get to a rolling boil.
keep stirring and add ¾ cup rava.
continue to stir until the rava absorbs all the water.


- Sprinkle 2 tbsp water, cover and rest for 10 minutes.
after 10 minutes, the rava has absorbed the moisture. transfer to the large bowl.
