Instructions to make Khada Pavbhaji
- Heat up butter in deep nonstick pan add garlic paste add chopped onions saute till light golden colour add chopped capsicum cook for 2 min. stir continuesly
- Add cauliflower potato green peas add red chilly powder pav bhaji masala termiric powder salt 1 cup water
- Cook for 5mins mash lightly with masher.
Switch off flame add green coriander leaves lemon juice keep aside. - Slit all ladi pav
Heat 1 tabspoon butter into nonstick tava add 1/2 tspoon pav bhaji masala place 2 slit ladi pav on it cook till turn golden brown - Just before serving reheat khada pavbhaji serve with pav. onion lemon wedges.
