  2. 1 sliced onions
  3. 2 chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp red chilli paste
  6. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  7. as per taste Salt
  8. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  9. 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  10. 1 tbsp oil
  11. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  12. 2-3 cloves
  13. 1 bay leaf
  14. Handful mint leaves
  15. 1 chopped capsicum

Instructions to make Pav bhaji pomegranate pulav

  1. Warm oil in a big tawa and saute cumin seeds in it.Add cloves and bay leaf and saute
  2. Add peanuts and saute again for few secs.Now add sliced onions and saute for 1 or 2 mins in low flame.Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.Add chopped capsicum and cook it for few secs.
  3. Add all chopped tomatoes,red chilli paste and all the spices and mix well and cook them till oil separates from tawa.Now turn off flame
  4. Add all boiled rice and again turn on the gas and mix all well with soft hands.
  5. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves and pomegrante seeds.Enjoy this yummy meal for lunch
