- Make green chutney grinding 1bunch each coriander and pudina leaves, salt and green chilies to taste, 1 tsp tamarind juice and 1tsp jeera.
- Make sweet chutney by boiling 1tbsp each tamarind juice and gud syrup. Add salt, chilli powder and coriander powder to taste.
- Take chopped onions, tomatoes and boiled potatoes in a big bowl. Add green chutney and sweet chutney, rock salt mix well. Add mudi and mix. Garnish with alu bhujia.
