  1. 4 medium boiled potatoes, chopped
  2. 1 Tsp grated ginger
  3. 1 green chili chopped
  4. 1.5 Tsp cumin/Jeera seeds

  7. 1/4 Tsp red chilli flakes
  8. 1 pinch black pepper, crushed
  9. 1 pinch sugar

  13. 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  14. 1 pinch hing powder

  1. Chop the boiled potato when completely cool.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and turmeric powder, hing and allow to the cumin seeds to crackle.
  3. Add chopped potatoes and fry for 2 minutes till crispy. Then add green chillies and grated ginger. Mix well with potatoes.
  4. Now mix amchur powder, garam masala, salt and half of coriander leaves. Mix well.
  5. Mix then, chilli flakes, black pepper, sugar and mix nicely.
  6. Garnish with rest of chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
