- 2 cups Maida
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- As Per Taste Salt
- As Required Cold water to knead the dough
- 1/2 liter oil to fry
- As Required Tamarind chutney and fried split green chillies to serve
Steps to make Punjabi Samosa (street style)
- First, heat a pan or kadhai. Add oil. When it heats up, pop cumin seeds. Then add ginger, and green chilies and saute well.
