  1. Soak khuskhus in enough water for 4 to 5 hrs. Drain excess water, transfer in a mixer grinder jar and make paste along with dessicated coconut using very little or no water and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and add onions, saute till it turns golden brown in colour. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  3. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, salt, mix and cook for a minute.
    Now add prepared khus khus paste. Mix well and water. Cook for 2 to 3 mins and then add boiled green peas. Mix well.
  4. Cover and took for 6 to 8 mins on medium flame stirring occasionally. Add chopped fresh green coriander leaves and garam masala. Mix and cook for a minute. Switch off the flame.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander leaves and serve hot with roti and rice. Enjoy !!
