- For the gol gappe - Mix wheat flour,semolina and rice powder.Add little by little water to make dough.(Like puri)


- Divide the dough into 2 parts,make a ball and roll it up like a thick chapati and with the help of a lid cut round shape gol gappe.Again roll it thin to make gol gappe.


- Heat oil in a pan,first drop the gol gappe in hot oil and fry.Remove it from the oil.
