  6. Heat the oil in a pan.
  7. Slowly put little amount of mixture with spoon in oil.
  8. Fry until till golden brown on medium flame.
  9. Dish out the tadty pakoras.
  10. Sprinkle chaat masala.
  11. Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
