Homemade No yeast No Egg Burger Buns

- 1 bowl Maida,
- 1 cup Curd,
- 4 tbsp oil,
- 1tbsp baking soda,
- 1tbsp baking powder,
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white til,
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- For Vegetables Tikki / Vegetables patti
- 1 bowl chopped carrot
- 1 bowl chopped beans
- 5 boiled and smashed potatoes
- 1 tbsp ginger, garlic, chilli paste,coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp garam masala,
- 1tbsp red chilli powder
- as per taste salt
- 4 crushed bread crums,
- 4tbsp poha powder
- 1/2 bowl maida,
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- as required water for making flowy batter
- as needed Sliced Tomatos , Sliced onions,
- As needed Cheese,Mayonnaise, black pepper powder
- as per taste salt as per taste,
- As needed lettuce leaves
Instructions to make Veggie Burger
- Burger Buns
In a mixing bowl add 1 cup made,1tbsp baking powder, 1tbsp baking soda, 1tbsp sugar,1/2tbsp salt and 1 cup curd


- Mix all the ingredients.



- Now knead the dough.



- Till becomes soft and smooth. Now cut the dough in 4 parts and roll in to small balls.



- Now place them in greased idli stand and brush curd on the balls



- And sprinkle white til / sesame seeds on them.
Cook them in idli stand on low heat flame for 35 to 45 minutes.


- Now your burger Buns are ready brush oil and let them cool down.



- FOR VEGETABLES PATTI.
In a pan add oil saute ginger, garlic paste add chopped carrot and beans.


- Add the red chilli powder and garam masala.



- Add boiled and smashed potatoes and coriander leaves and mix all.



- Mix all and take a small round of ball press in palms to make a round Patti's. Arrange all the patti.



- Now for coating of patti.
In a mixing bowl add 1cup made add salt and water make a flowy batter.


- Prepare a dry powder coating of bread crumbs and poha and mix them.
4 bread crushed and 4 tablespoon poha powder.


- Now take one patti dip in the flowy batter of made and than dip in dry coat of bread crumbs. And arrange all Patti's like wise in plate.



- Now fry the Patti's in oil till they change in golden brown.



- Now homemade patti and homemade bun is ready.


- Now let's start making burger
Cut the bun in half add mayonnaise on side after that put lettuce leave than sprinkle salt.


- Now put cheese slice than sprinkle black pepper powder and put one sliced tomato.



- Now put one veggie patti than put one sliced onion and spread Mayonnaise on it.



- Now again put one slice of cheese sprinkle pepper powder and put the other part of bun.



- Now your veggie Burger is ready for a big bite enjoy with TOMATO ketchup.
