  1. SAMOSA MAKEING:
    Take manda patti and divide into 4 piece. Then fold it & make triangle shape & end edge apply flour paste to stick.
  2. Now heat oil in a karahi on low heat. Drop the mini samosas into the oil. Fry on low heat. The samosa will become light brown in colour. Then take it out from the oil.
  3. ALOO CHUTNEY:
    Take grinder jar add Coriander leaves, Tamarind Water, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Cumin seed powder
