  7. 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  9. Salt to taste as required
  10. 2 tbsp oats flour for binding
  11. Oats flour for coating as required
  12. Oil for shallow fry as required
  13. To serve with tikki :
  14. Mint corainder chutney as required
  15. Tomato sauce as required

  1. Grind moong sprouts and green peas, corainder leaves in mixer jar to make coarse paste.
  2. Transfer it mixing bowl, add boiled sama rice, sugar powder, lemon juice salt, garam masala,oats flour. Mix well. Divide into 6 portions.
  3. Make round tikkis and shallow fry in hot oil on both sides till crispy golden.
