  2. 2 medium boiled potatoes,
  3. as required mashed roughly
  4. 1 cup boiled carrot and cauliflower
  5. 1 large Tomato ,boiled
  6. 1/2 cup blanched green peas
  7. 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  8. 1/2 Tsp ponch phutan
  9. 1 cup chopped red onion
  10. 2 dry red chillies
  11. 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 2 green chilli chopped
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1/2 t red chilli powder
  16. 1 Tbsp cumin, coriander paste
  17. 1 Tsp pav-bhaji masala powder
  18. 2 pav pieces
  19. 2 piece+1Tbsp soft butter
  20. To garnish
  21. as required Chopped red onions
  22. as required Sev
  23. As Required Paneer pieces
  24. as required Fresh chilli
  25. as required Lemon slice

Instructions to make Pav And Masala Bhaji

  1. Heat oil. Add dry chilli and ponch phutan and allow to splutter. Now mix chopped onions, chopped green chilli and saute till onions are golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chilli powder and saute till rawness is gone and a masala mass is formed.
  2. Add boiled potatoes (mashed),boiled vegetables, blanched green peas and coriander cumin paste. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix well and add pav-bhaji masala.cook for a minute and add two cups of water.
  4. Bring to boil and switch off the flame. Transfer to serving plate, garnish with chopped paneer, soft butter and green coriander.

    Serve the delicious bhaji with buttery pav, chopped onion, tomatoes, fresh chilli and Sev.
