Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Pav bhaji and Tawa Pulao:
- For Bhaji :All vegetables which you love.
- 3 big potatoes
- 1/2-200 gm Cauliflower
- 1 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup bell pepper s optional I have used all 3 colours mix
- as per taste Salt
- 3 big sized tomatoes
- 3 big sized onions
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
- 1 tsp red kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Oil and butter to fry
- 1 cup boiled Basmati Rice for Tawa Pulao
- as required Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Instructions to make Pav bhaji and Tawa Pulao
- For Bhaji:Boil all the vegetables by giving them 3-4 whistle
- Next chopped the tomatoes, onions, Bell pepper and garlic cloves
- Now take a pan add oil and butter and heat the pan at medium flame add garlic paste first saute for a minute next add finely chop onions and saute for 2-3 minutes next add tomatoes and saute by adding salt and cook until they are mashy
- Now add Pav Bhaji Garam masala and kashmiri chilli powder to them and now mix boiled vegetables by smashing well..
- Cover the lid for 10mins and let them all mix up well, lastly add lemon juice and coriander leaves and enjoy the delicious bhaji with Bread, Pav, Roti or Paratha
- For Tawa Pulao :Take a kadhai or flat tawa add some oil and butter crackle 1tsp Cumin seeds to them now its turn for garlic paste and chopped onions to be sautéed nicely
- Next add Colourful bell pepper and tomatoes together saute for 2-3 minutes add salt, Turmeric powder and Pav Bhaji masala and mix them well and lastly add the boiled Basmati Rice and mix it with the spatula and garnish them with some coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Enjoy your Tawa Pulao with Curd or Raita, Papad and pickle
