  2. 1 cup For Stuffing... homemade paneer, crumbled,
  3. 2 boiled aloo, mashed
  4. 1 small onion chopped finely,

  7. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder,
  8. as per need Some chopped dhania patta,
  9. 1/4 tsp oregano,
  10. 1/4 tsp basil,
  11. For Batter...
  12. 2 cup besan,
  13. 1/2 tsp haldi powder,
  14. to taste, Salt
  15. 1/2 tsp garlic paste,
  16. 1/4 tsp ginger paste,
  17. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
  18. 1/2 tsp baking powder,
  19. 1 tbsp oil,
  20. as required Oil for frying,

Steps to make Stuffed Leftover Roti Pakoras

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add besan & all the other ingredients one by one, except oil. Add water slowly slowly, mix it well, make a thick batter. Add oil now, mix it thoroughly, rest it for 1/2 hr.
  2. For Stuffing.... Take a mixing bowl, add paneer & all the given ingredients. Mix it well, keep aside.
  3. Cut roti into half, fill one side with the stuffing, cover it with the other side, keep aside. Make all pakoras in the same manner.
  4. Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
  5. Dip pakoras in the batter, coat it nicely. Moderate the flame, drop in hot oil, deep fry them until light brown.
  6. Take out on an absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.
  7. Plate them, serve it with any dip or chutney.
  8. A good evening snack...
