  1. Wash and roughly chop the spinach. Boil water and put it to blanch. Prepare chili-ginger paste.
  2. Now in a pan add oil and add this paste and saute it. Now add boiled green peas, capsicum, blanched spinach, and masala. Mix everything well.
  3. Now grind this masala, add bread crumbs, besan, grate boiled potatoes, add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves and make a dough.
  4. Now make lemon size balls, flatten them, stick cashew on them and coat them with fry bread crumbs.
  5. Heat a nonstick pan put some oil and shallow fry these kababs. Flip them and fry them till they become golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve this Hara bhara kabab with coriander and mint chutney.
