- 2 packets noodles masala
- 2 packets noodles
- (boiled al dente in water)
Instructions to make Vegetable Noodles
- Heat oil. Saute garlic till toasted, then add onion till brownish.
Next add all the chopped vegetables except capsicum.
Saute in medium to high heat.
Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix.
As vegetables are almost cooked yet crunchy, add capsicum. Mix. Saute for some more time.
Next add all the sauces and noodles masala. Mix.
Saute for some more time.

- Nb: For boiling noodles boil water. Next add the noodles.
