  2. 1 cup boiled milk
  3. 2 tsp brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cup water

Steps to make Sattu drink with milk

  1. In a saucepan, add the sattu mix, brown sugar (any other sweeteners to your choice), and water. Mix it without any lumps.

    Green Gram Dal – 1/4 kg(250 gms)
    Pearl Millet – 100 gms
  6. TO BE ROASTED

    Sago – 100 gms
    Fried Gram Dal – 100 gms
    Foxtail Millet – 50 gms
    Red Rice – 50 gms
    Sorghum – 50 gms
    Cashew – 25 gms
    Badam – 50 gms
  7. TO BE ADDED AS SUCH:

    Dry Ginger powder – 2 tsp
    Elaichi – 10 whole
  8. Make fine flour by grinding it in flour mill
