- 2 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- as needed Water
- For Filling
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 1 tbsp Fresh Fenugreek leaves(finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- as per taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Butter

- For dough take flour, salt and oil in a bowl.

- Add water and knead a soft dough.


- For filling, mash boiled potato and add fresh fenugreek leaves.

- Make balls from dough, roll out like chapati and spread 1 tsp ghee over it.


- Spread potato mixture on chapati.



- Fold in zigzag and then in round shape.



- Dust with some flour and roll out carefully like chapati but little bit thick.


- Cook on hot tawa with adding some ghee.



- When it turns golden and bubbles appear, then switch off the flame.
