Instructions to make Pav Bhaji

  1. Boil and mash vegetables.
  2. Heat oil and saute onion and garlic till it becomes transparent.
  3. Then add tomatoes and saute till it becomes soft and mushy.
  4. Then add all spices, mix well and saute till oil separates.
  5. Then add mashed vegetable and about one cup of water. Mix well.
    Let it cook on medium flame for few minutes.
  6. Then add boiled peas and cashew nuts. Cook for a couple of minutes and turn off the flame.
  7. Add a dollop of butter in bhaji. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with buttered bun, lemon wedges,fresh onions etc.
