- 1/2 Lime juice
- 2 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala powder

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji
- In a pan add butter, all masala powder except pav Bhaji masala. Add onion and water cook few minutes and then add ginger garlic paste.



- Add capsicum, tomatoes and water cook till mashed. Add green peas, salt and pav Baji masala.



- Add potatoes and coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Add lime juice.


- In a tawa add butter and pav cook both sides. Pav Bhaji ready to serve.
