- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 7-8 curry leaves

- Add oil and onions in a pan then golden brown onions and ginger garlic paste then add potatoes fry them then add jazza hyderabadi pulao masala and tomatoes uncovered it until tomatoes tenderize



- Then add sabat Garam masala salt add some green chillies and water and let it cook until potatoes tenderize



- Then and boiled daal and soak rice in the pan and let it cook until water fry


- Then add fresh Coriander over it and in another pan heat oil add cumin seeds in it and curry leaves and pour a tarka over the rice


- Then put on Dum and serve after 5 to 20 mints
