- 1 kg Roasted chicken
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup julienne cut carrots
- 1 cup peas
- 2 julienne cut green capsicum
- 2 potatoes (cut in fries)
- 4,5 tbsp biryani masala
- 1 cup yogurt
- As per taste salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 1.5 kg rice (50%boiled)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 onions (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
Instructions to make Roasted chicken and veggies Biryani
- Add oil in cauldron n let it heat..now add onions in it n let them saute till translucent..than add ginger garlic paste n saute,add tomatoes n cook till soften...

- Add peas n 1 glass of water cover n cook till peas soften.. than add potatoes n cook if needed add water so potatoes soften. Take 1 cup of yogurt add biryani masala n alla bone mentioned spices in it mix well..


- Add this yogurt mix in cauldron n mix well cook for few minutes than add cauliflower n cook for few minutes, now add roasted chicken n cook for few minutes till done (roasted chicken used for biryani is 85%done)
add Cabbage, carrots n capsicum n stir fry..
(Do not over cook capsicum, cabbage n carrots)
- Now add 50% boiled rice over it.. cover with lid and put heated charcoal on lid..
Put it on dum for 10-15 minutes.. first 5 minutes with charcoal on n next by removing them..
Mix all together.. n its ready to serve..
