  5. Heat tawa,it should be hot,place the kulcha.(wet side should be on the tawa.),now hold the tawa upside down and cook the kulcha direct on the flame. Add butter on the kulcha and serve.
  6. In boiled matra,mix all spices, green chilli, tamarind pulp coriander leaves and mix.Garnish it with ginger in lemon.Serve kulcha matar with masala chaas.
