  3. Divide taco dough into lemon sized balls.Roll out taco shells not too thick or thin into 6 inch diameter.Heat a non-stick pan and lightly toast all the taco shells both sides.
  4. Smear hot and sweet tomato sauce on one side of each taco.Sprinkle grated cheese and press a tablespoon of filling.Sprinkle grated cheese and fold and lightly press.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry tacos both sides on medium flame till crispy golden fried but soft and cheesy inside.Serve hot with shredded cabbage and Mexican Charred Tomato Garlic Salsa or Tomato Sauce.
