- 3Tbsp Cornflour
- 3-4 Green Chillies finely Chopped

- 1Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4Tsp Cardamom Powder
- as per taste Salt
- 1/4Tsp Raisins and Cashews
- Gravy
- 2 Medium Size Onion*Sliced
- 4-5 Green Chillies
- 2 Tbsp Cashews
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves 1
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 2 Small Bay leaves or 1Large
- 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Green Cardamom Pods
- 3 Cloves
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4Cup Khoya
- 1/4Cup Cream
- 2Tbsp Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1Tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1/4Tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/4Cup Water
- to Taste Salt
Steps to make Restaurant Style Malai Kofta Recipe
- Kofta Balls Preparation:-
1.Add all the mention ingredients in Paneer
2. Knead it to make dough
3. Take small portion of dough,to make small dumpling
4. Flatten it to fill with stuffing
5. Reshape them to Make Kofta Balls
6. Coat with Cornflour or Maida
7. Deep Fry Kofta Balls until it is Light Golden
8. Keep aside till use






















- Gravy Preparation:-
1. Keep Water for boiling in a Pot
2. When Water starts boiling,Add Onion,Cashews,Green chillies, Garlic, Ginger and Whole Spices
3. Boil it for 10mins
4. Remove in a bowl,let it cool little bit
5. Transfer in Blender
6. Blend it to make paste
7. Take Oil in a Pan or Kadai
8. Add Cumin Seeds
9. When Cumin Seeds starts spluttering, add Blended Paste
10. Cook till Oil separates
11. Add khoya,cook till Khoya is completely dissolved
12. Add Sugar, Salt andFresh Cream

















- 13. Cook for 2-3 mins,then add Yogurt,Kasuri Methi and Cardamom Powder
14. Cook till Oil separates
15. Add Water,boil for 2-3mins
16. Add Kofta Balls
17. Cook for 5 mins on Medium Flame
18. Remove in Serving Plate
19. Serve it Hot
