Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Sabudana Cutlet:
- 4 big potatoes boiled
- 1 cup sabudana soaked
- 2 tsp ginger-chilli paste
- 4 tsp arrowroot
- 1 lemon juice
- 4 tsp roasted peanut powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp fresh coriander leaves
- As per taste Salt
- As Required Oil for deep fry
Instructions to make Sabudana Cutlet
- Take soaked sabudana, boiled and mashed potatoes, ginger-chili paste, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, and sugar.



- Mix everything well and put it aside. Now take a lemon size ball, apply oil on the palms, and put it in the heart-shaped mould, and give a shape.



- Now heat a Kadai adding oil for deep fry. Put the cutlet in the medium hot oil and fry it flipping both sides till it becomes golden brown. Now take it on the plate.


- Now our sabudana cutlet is ready to serve. Serve it hot with falahari chutney, ketchup or sweetened yogurt.
