  2. Take out in the plate. In the same pan,add ghee. Once hot add curry leaves, green chillies. Saute now add all veggies one by one..add cashew
  3. Saute well, add salt.cook for 2 minutes. Now hot boiling water to it.add sugar,lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Now add roasted daliya to it. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Add coriander leaves
  5. Serve hot by adding a spoon of Desi ghee. Many people directly cook in a pressure cooker but sometimes it becomes sticky but if you follow these steps. It becomes soft and non sticky
