- Take a flour in a paraat and add carom seeds oil salt mix well. And make a smooth dough. Keep it a side for 10-15 mins.
- Now mix all chopped vegetables in a paraat.Add boiled and grate potato. Now add salt Asofoetida chaat masala garam sesame seeds masala dry mango powder ginger paste mix it well.


- Make a mid. Size ball from dough and roll big roti. Make a stuffing ball. And place it in a roti. Seal properly and softly press.
Again roll and roast with ghee on tawa.
