  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 tesp salt
  3. Lukewarm water
  4. 1 tesp oil
  5. Oil for deep frying
  6. Aloo Tarkari ~
  7. 1/2 kg Boiled potatoes
  8. 1 tesp red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tesp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tesp cumin seeds
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tesp Chaat masala
  13. 2 tbls lemon juice
  14. 1/2 tbls oil
  15. Few chopped coriander leaves

Instructions to make Lucchiyan, Aloo Tarkari & Kheer

  1. Add salt in sifted flour. Knead it with warm water then cover with wet cloth for 15 minutes.
  2. Again Knead it and make pairas of the dough, cover again for 20 minutes with wet cloth. Now heat up oil (oil should be very hot). Make small sized of dough ball, flatten it (it's seems like poori but it's little thick when we fried it)
  3. Fry in preheated oil from both sides.
  4. Let it out from oil. Make all lucchiyan like this.

  5. To make Aloo Tarkari, add crushed potatoes in a fry pan with oil, then add spices in it. Atlast add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves cook for a minute.
  6. Tasty Aloo Tarkari is ready.
