  2. In A Pot Add Oil,Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Black Peppercorn,Cloves,Cumin Seeds,Bay Leaf & Mix well.
  3. Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Mix Well.
  4. Add Tomatoes,Water Mix Well and cook until Tomatoes are soft (2-3 mins).
  5. Add Fried Onion,Crushed Green Chillies,Red Chilli powder,Coriander Powder,Salt,Garam Masala Powder,Mace & Nutmeg Powder,Biryani Masala Mix well and Cook For A Minute.
  6. Add Yogurt & Mix well.
  7. Add Mint Leaves,Fresh Coriander Mix well. Cover and Cook on Medium Flame for 2-3 Mins.
  8. Add Boiled Chickpeas & Mix well.
  9. Add Water and Mix Well Cover & Cook on Medium Flame for 4-5 Mins then Cook on High Flame until Oil Separates.
  10. Assembling......
    In Separate Pot,Grease with Boil,Add Boiled Rice,Fried Onion,Mint Leaves & Fresh Coriander and Add Remaining Boiled Rice. In kewara water Dissolve orange Food Color,Drizzle Over Biryani.
  11. Add Ghee,Cover with Kitchen Cloth & Lid,Simmer on low Flame For 15-20 Mins.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Serve With Salad & Raita.
