- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Black Peppercorn

- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 3 Tomatoes Sliced
- 1 TBsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 TBsp Green Chilli Crushed
- 1/2 Cup Fried Onion
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (or to taste)
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Mace Powder
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1 & ½ tbs Biryani Masala
- 1 Cup Whisk Yogurt
- Handful Fresh Coriander
- Mint Leaf Handful
- 2 Cup White Chickpeas (soaked & Boiled)

- Assembling..
- Rice
- Ready Material
- Fried Onion
- Mint Leaves

- Orange Food Color
- Kewara Water
- 2 TBsp Ghee
Instructions to make Chana Dum Biryani π
- In Boiling Water Add Salt, Cumin Seeds, Black peppercorn, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Lemon Juice, Mint Leaves and Rice, Mix well and Boil until ¾ Done then Strain & set aside.
- In A Pot Add Oil,Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Black Peppercorn,Cloves,Cumin Seeds,Bay Leaf & Mix well.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Mix Well.
- Add Tomatoes,Water Mix Well and cook until Tomatoes are soft (2-3 mins).
- Add Fried Onion,Crushed Green Chillies,Red Chilli powder,Coriander Powder,Salt,Garam Masala Powder,Mace & Nutmeg Powder,Biryani Masala Mix well and Cook For A Minute.
- Add Yogurt & Mix well.
- Add Mint Leaves,Fresh Coriander Mix well. Cover and Cook on Medium Flame for 2-3 Mins.
- Add Boiled Chickpeas & Mix well.
- Add Water and Mix Well Cover & Cook on Medium Flame for 4-5 Mins then Cook on High Flame until Oil Separates.
- Assembling......
In Separate Pot,Grease with Boil,Add Boiled Rice,Fried Onion,Mint Leaves & Fresh Coriander and Add Remaining Boiled Rice. In kewara water Dissolve orange Food Color,Drizzle Over Biryani. - Add Ghee,Cover with Kitchen Cloth & Lid,Simmer on low Flame For 15-20 Mins.

- Mix well.
- Serve With Salad & Raita.
