- For dough -
Take a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour oilgramflour salt mix all well add little water and make semi soft dough cover with wet muslin cloth keep aside for 30min. - Making stuffing -
Take boiled potatoes peel and grate them in bowl add green coriander leaves chopped green chilly salt red chilly powder garam masala powder cumin seeds powder cumin seeds dry coriender powder chaat masala powder kasuri methi crushed - Mix all stuffing ingredient then make small equal size balls keep aside.
- Now make equal size balls from dough take a ball deep into dry flour roll it medium size spred little oil / ghee dust with flour put it stuffing ball press lightly with hands then roll out medium thick paratha
- Heat up tawa spread oil roast it all sides flip and roast till cooked completely. Drizzled some oil.
