- In one saucepan add water. Once the water is boiling stir the macaroni in it.
- Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions.
- Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds. let's crack it. Add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies to it. Saute for 30 seconds.
- Now add onion to it. Don't overcook the onions. When it gets little transparent add tomatoes to it. It gives a crunchy taste to it.
- Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add Haldi, red chili powder, and salt to it. Again saute for 2 minutes.
