- Make purée of 2 mangoes and cook under medium flame by adding 2-3 tsp Sugar to evaporate excess mango juice and make a thick mango purée. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.

- In same pan add milk + milk powder + sugar and give a good mix.



- Now switch on flame, simmer and reduce milk to more than half of original quantity. Around 1 cup.



- Chop small pieces of mango and keep aside.



- Dip bread slice in milk, just dip and take out and squeeze gently, put 3-4 mango cubes right in middle and seal very gently and give shape of balls.



- Place balls in serving dish. Now add the cooked mango purée into the reduced milk and give a nice mix.



- Pour the mango rabdi on the balls and coat the balls well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and it is ready to serve.



- Garnish with dry fruits and serve.



- Serve chilled and enjoy.
