Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Egg and Cauliflower Korma:
- 2 cups Cauliflower forets
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 2 Chopped tomatoes
- 2 Chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon Chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
- 2 Chopped green chillies
- Spices
- as per taste: Salt, chilli powder, cumin and coriander powders
- as required Turmeric powder, kitchen King masala
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk or fresh cream
- 1-2 tablespoons Ghee
- Whole spices:
- 2 Black cardamom,
- 2, cloves
- 2, green cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon small piece,
- 1 1 bayleaf,
- 2 tsp cumin
- as required Chopped coriander to garnish
- as required Hot water to make gravy
Instructions to make Egg and Cauliflower Korma
- First, wash and blanch the florets in salted and boiling water for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of turmeric powder to the water too for colour. Then drain and keep covered till use.
- Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a kadhai. Add cumin, when it pops up, add all the whole spices one by one. Saute till aromatic.
Make a paste of ginger, garlic and chilli.
- Then saute onion, ginger, garlic and chilli paste, and when it turns brown, add tomatoes and cook till soft. Then add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.

- Cool this mixture and remove whole spices. Grind to a paste. Again heat 1 tablespoon ghee and pop cumin in it. Then add the cauliflower florets.
- Saute them along with all the masala powders. Add some water and cook till soft. Then add the boiled and peeled eggs and saute well.

- Now add the prepared paste, Coconut milk and mix well. Cook on very low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Adjust the seasoning and consistency as per taste. Now the korma is ready.



- Serve steaming hot with chapati, naan or paratha. Enjoy! It tastes too good! 👌👌
