  1. In Bowl take both the flours. Add carom seeds,salt and oil. Kneed semi soft dough and rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Now in small bowl add oil,red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala,kasoori methi,salt,carom seeds.mix well keep aside.
  3. Divide Paratha dough in small sized balls
    Roll the dough. Spread this masala mixture on paratha. Again roll it and make Paratha.
  4. Heat tawa spread oil it now put Paratha on it and cook till golden from both the sides.
  5. Chop potatoes, green chillies. Heat deep pan and oil to it.once hot add mustard seeds and Fenugreek seeds. Add curry leaves,green chillies. Mix well. Now add sliced onion.
  6. Saute till transculent. Add grated ginger, turmeric powder to it add chopped potatoes. Mix well add salt to it.cook for 5 minutes. Sabzi us ready.
