- Heat oil add rai chana dal urad dal peanuts and roast till brown in low flame add hing curry leaves dry red chilli haldi salt.
- Add tamarind pulp and boil till thick.
- Add dry masala and cook till it leaves oil mix well
- Add boiled rice and mix well gently.
- Close the flame and keep it covered for 5 min so that the aroma goes inside.
