Instructions to make Dal tadka
- Heat pan add oil, once hot add cumin and mustard seeds.add onion.saute
- Once transculent, add tomato and chillies.saute add turmeric powder and hing.saute add cooked dal.mix well
- Add red chilli powder,garam masala,salt,coriander.mix well add required water.cook for more 7,8 minutes.
- Heat tadaka pan put oil/ ghee.add cumin seeds, hing,red chillies.put it on dal mix well. Serve hot with rice
