Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Mutton Biryani:
- 1 kg Mutton
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 packet biryani masala
- 1 cup yogurt
- 4 onion chopped
- 5 tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup green coriander leaves
- Few mint leaves
- 7-8 red chilli button
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp zeera powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 cup oil
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- Boiled rice
- Garnish
- 1 lemon slices
- 6-7 green chillies
- Green coriander leaves
- Yellow colour
- 4-5 tbsp milk
- Raita
- Salad
Steps to make Mutton Biryani
- Take a bowl add mutton, yogurt, red chilli button, Biryani Masala

- Add green coriander leaves,mint leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder,salt and mix well.

- Add chopped tomatoes, onion slices, ginger garlic paste and mix well and marinate for 2 hours.


- Take a pressure cooker add marinated mutton, water and cook until the mutton is soft.
- Add oil and bhonify together and water is dried until oil separates. Turn of the flame. Then sprinkle the Garam masala powder and mix well.
- Boil the rice

- Now assembling time.
Now add boil the rice and add layers of beef masala in between. Repeat one more layer. Place the green chilli, lemon, coriander leaves on the top most layer.
- Take a bowl add milk, yellow colour and mix well.


- Add the food colour and cover the lid for dum.
Low heat flame on stove then place a flat tawa under Neath it and simmer for 15 minutes for low flame.
- Mutton Biryani is ready to serve with raita and salad 🥗.
