Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Baked Bathua Aloo Kachori:
- 2 cup whole wheat ata,
- 2 tbsp oil,
- 1/2 tsp ajwain,
- to taste, Salt
- 2 tbsp bathua puree,
- For Stuffing....
- 6 boiled aloo, peeled, mashed,
- 1 tbsp oil,
- Pinch of hing,
- Pinch of Jeera,
- 1/2 tsp . haldi powder,
- 1 tsp red chilli powder,
- 1 tsp dhania powder,
- to taste, . Salt
- 1/4 tsp black salt,
- 1/2 tsp amchur powder,
- 2 2 green chilli chopped finely,
- as required . Some chopped dhania patta,
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
- as required Oil for baking,
Instructions to make Baked Bathua Aloo Kachori
- Firstly take a mixing bowl, add ata & all the other given ingredients. Mix it well.

- Add water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough, rest it for 1/2 hr. Brush 1 tbsp oil onto the dough, knead it again. Keep aside.

- For Stuffing....a). Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

- B). Add hing & zeera, let it splutter. In goes aloo. Mix it well.

- C). Now add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, stir fry it for a minute.

- D). In goes both salt & amchur powder, mix it well.

- E). Now add green chilli, dhania patta & garam masala powder, stir fry it until dry.



- Turn off the flame, keep aside.

- Take small portions of the dough, roll it, flatten it, fill it with 1 tsp of Stuffing, seal the edges.


- Roll it, now gently flatten it with your hands, keep aside. Make all the kachoris in the same manner.



- Now take a baking tray, line it with butter paper. Keep aside. Place the kachori in the baking tray, brush some oil, keep aside.

- Pre heat the oven on 180 degree centigrade, bake them for 20 minutes. Check it, bake it for more 5 minutes if required.

- Take out the kachoris from the oven, serve it with any Chutney...
