Instructions to make Mumbai Vada Pao

  1. For making aloo mixture
    Heat oil add mustard seeds hing curry leaves.
  2. Add mashed potatoes and stir fry for min Add all masala and mix well.Keep it aside.
  3. For making batter
    Take a bowl add all ing of batter and make smooth paste thick
  4. Take ball sized aloo mixture and dip in besan batter and coat well.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally.
  6. Slit the pav and spread 1 tsp green chutney and ½ tsp dry garlic chutney.
  7. Place the prepared vada in center of pav, chura and fried chilli.
    Press the vada pav and serve immediately.
