  10. 1/2 TSP Black salt
  11. 1/2 TSP Kali mirch
  12. 1 tbsp Ghee
  13. as required Aloo ki sabji
  14. 6 boiled potatoes
  15. 1 cup water
  16. as per taste Sendha namak
  17. 1 TSP Black pepper
  18. 1 Green chilli chopped
  19. 1 tbsp Ghee
  20. 1 TSP Jeera sabut dhania
  21. 1 Dry red chilli
  22. Kuttu ki poori
  23. 200 gm kuttu
  24. 100 gm Arbi boiled
  25. 1 TSP Sendha namak
  26. 6 Sabudana papad
  27. Roasted Makhana
  28. 200 gm makhana
  29. 1/2 cup Ghee
  30. to taste Sendha namak
  31. 1 TSP Black pepper

Instructions to make Falahari Thali

  1. Sabudana Khichdi
    Wash sabudana under water 2 to 3 times to remove white residue.
    Drain the water and soak it without water for 6 to 7 hours.
    Sprinkle water in between after every 30 min and stir with spoon.
  2. Take peanut in mixer grinder and make powder.
  3. To check sabudana is soaked and ready to use press it with finger if it become soft then it is ready to use
  4. Add peanut powder in soaked sabudana add salt and pepper mix well keep it aside
  5. Heat ghee add ginger green chilli saute for few seconds
    Add potatoes capsicum cook for 5 mins till it becomes soft.
  6. Add sabudana and mix gently.
    Cook covered for 5 min stir in between to avoid sticking till it becomes transulent.
  7. Add lemon juice and mix
    gently.
  8. Serve hot
  9. Aloo ki sabji
    Heat ghee add jeera whole dhania seeds dry red chilli chopped green chilli.
  10. Don't cut potatoes with knife just break little and mash little with hand.
  11. Add potatoes and stir fry
    Add water and cook till it is little thick.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Serve hot.
  12. Kuttu ki poori
    In a bowl take kuttu atta
    Grated arbi and make a soft dough add water if needed.
  13. Heat oil
    Make a small ball of dough and roll out into small round puri
    Fry it from both side till it becomes crispy
    Serve hot
  14. Sabudana papad
    Fry it from both sides
  15. Roasted Makhana
    Heat ghee add makhana and roast it till it becomes crispy in slow flame stir in between to avoid burning
    Add salt and pepper.
    Allow it to be cool
    Store in airtight container.
  16. Assembling the plate
    Take thali
    Place sabudana Khichdi
    Aloo ki sabji
    Kutu ki poori
    Sabudana papad
    Roasted Makhana
  17. Enjoy thali
