    Take one of the dough ball, with a rolling pin roll the dough into a small circle.

    Place 3-4 tablespoon of the filling in the center.
  5. Press with a spatula and cook the parathas on both sides until brown spots appear.

    Repeat with the remaining dough balls.

    Serve the hot parathas with any gravy, dal, butter, curd or pickle.
