- Now in a big bowl add wheat flour and all the ingredients than mix well and knead the soft dough, if needed use little water.
- Now heat a tawa and apply little oil on the tawa, when heat tawa than place the paratha over the hot tawa.

- After few minutes turn the paratha and apply oil on it, now again turn it and also apply oil again on the other side of the paratha and cook it till brown both sides on medium to low flame.
