  2. Now in the same Kadai add mustard+cumin seeds and let them splutter. Now add hing and immediately add onion, green chilies, and curry leaves.
  3. Now add all masala, potatoes, lemon juice, salt, and sugar to poha and mix it well. Now add this poha and give it a good stir. When everything combines well, sprinkle coriander leaves.
  4. Our poha is ready to serve. Garnish with sev and fried peanuts. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
