  2. 1 pack Noodle
  3. 1 ltr water
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp oil
  6. For Chowmein -
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. 1 onion sliced
  9. 6-7 chopped garlic
  10. 2-3 green chillies chopped
  11. 1inch ginger chopped
  12. 1 medium red bell pepper julienned
  13. 1 medium yellow bell pepper julienned
  14. 1 medium capsicum julienned
  15. 2 cup shredded cabbage
  16. to taste Salt
  17. as required Boiled Noodles
  18. For Sauces Mixture -
  19. 1 tbsp vinegar
  20. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  21. 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  22. 1 tsp soya sauce
  23. 1 tsp powdered sugar

Steps to make Veg Chowmein

  1. In a large pot heat water, salt and little oil and bring it to a boil then add the raw noodles and let them cook for 2-3 minutes. Once cooked remove in a strainer and pour some cold water over it. Once the water is strained, spread the noodles in a plate and rub some oil over it to avoid sticking of noodles, keep aside.
  2. For Sauce Mixture -
    In a bowl add vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, powdered sugar and mix everything properly and keep aside.
  3. For Chowmein -
    In a kadai heat oil add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute for a few seconds and then add chopped onion, salt and cook.
  4. Now add red, yellow bell pepper, capsicum, cabbage and stir fry for 2-3 minutes in high flame.
  5. Then add boiled noodles, prepared sauces mixture and toss it properly until well mixed and cooking for another 1-2 minutes then switch off the flame.
  6. Veg- Chowmein is ready. Serve immediately hot and enjoy 😋
