  1. Firstltly wash properly the spinach then bowl the spinach in the boiling water for few minutes then put it into cold water.remove it from water and squeeze it proper.
  2. Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil add french beans, capsicum and peas saute for few min.
  3. In a mixer grinder add blanch spinach, and all green veggies and coriander leaves and green chillies. make a smooth padte.
  4. Take a bowl add mashed potatoes then add green veggie paste, paneer and corn flour, and all dry ingriedients. and bread crubs for binding mix well.
  5. Take some mix in hand make small balls. flattern them and give shape cover it with bread crubs and decorate it with cashew.keep into fridge for 1 hr. then shallow fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve it hot with ketchup or all time my fav hummus. yummy kabab is ready….
